Return/Exchange

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at info@miravajewellery.com with:

  • An unboxing video
  • Clear images of the issue

Only requests made within the 24-hour window, accompanied by complete documentation, will be considered.

Eligible Items

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or wrong
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Exceptions: 

  • Discounted and sale items are final sale and cannot be replaced or exchanged unless defective. Sale items are non-refundable. 
  • Items bought during festive sale, Buy 1 Get 1, clearance sale, etc.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and safety, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings
  • Toe rings
  • Items purchased on sale or offer
  • Worn, altered, or damaged items by the customer

Didn’t Like the Product?

If you’re not fully satisfied, you can request a return for store credit/coupon, which can be used for future purchases. Refunds are not offered in such cases.

Exchange Limit

You can request up to one exchange per order. After that, no further exchanges or returns will be processed for the same order.

How to Request a Return/Exchange

  • Email us at info@miravajewellery.com within 24 hours
  • Include your order ID, unboxing video, and images
  • Wait for confirmation from our team before sending the item back

We reserve the right to decline returns if the request doesn’t meet the conditions stated above.
