Return/Exchange

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at info@miravajewellery.com with:

  • An unboxing video
  • Clear images of the issue

Only requests made within the 24-hour window, accompanied by complete documentation, will be considered.

Our store policy is NO refunds or returns.

Eligible Items

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or the wrong product was received.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and safety, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings
  • Toe rings
  • Items purchased on sale or offer
  • Worn, altered, or damaged items by the customer.
  • Discounted and sale items are final sale and cannot be replaced or exchanged unless defective. Sale items are non-refundable. 
  • Items bought during festive sales, Buy 1 Get 1, clearance sales, etc.

Packaging Policy

For promotional offers such as Buy 1 Get 1 Free, Buy 2 Get 1 Free, etc or similar campaigns, the complimentary product will be securely packed inside our Mirava jewellery pouch and placed within the main box containing the paid items.

Please note that individual boxes are provided only for products purchased at full or discounted prices, not for complimentary items included in promotional offers.

We ensure all items (paid or complimentary) are packed with care and delivered safely.
