Shipping policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours and delivered within 3-7 Business Days. Customized, personalized, or pre-order items (if applicable) may take up to 5 working days to ship.
Deliveries to remote areas like Jammu & Kashmir, North Eastern states, or during unforeseen circumstances (strikes, lockdowns, weather) may take slightly longer.

• If your package appears damaged or tampered with, refuse delivery and inform the delivery agent. Immediately email us at info@miravajewellery.com with your Order ID. We will send a new replacement at no additional cost.
• Please note that our shipping times may be impacted by factors such as unexpected weather events and national holidays, which may delay the delivery of your order.
• We provide a tracking number for every order once it has been shipped. You will receive a WhatsApp message, an email and an SMS with the tracking details so you can keep an eye on your package.
