At Mirava Jewellery, we believe your jewellery should stay as radiant as the day you bought it. That’s why every waterproof demi-fine piece comes with a 1-year warranty protecting you from tarnishing or plating discolouration.
Warranty Coverage

Duration: 1 year from the purchase date.

Included: Tarnish or plating discolouration under normal use.

Store Credit Validity: 6 months from issue date.

Conditions: Store credit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Compensation:
- 0–3 Months: Receive 100% store credit (Product must be returned for inspection and verification).
- 3-6 Months: Receive 50% store credit (Return optional; clear photos of the product required).
- 6–12 Months: Receive 15% store credit (No return needed; proof of purchase and product images required).
Exclusions
This warranty does not apply to:

Minor scratches or normal signs of wear.

Breakage caused by accidental drops or impact.

Missing stones, crystals, or components.

Items altered, resized, or repaired by other jewellers.
- Tarnished due to chemicals such as perfumes and lotions.
Additional Conditions:
- Store credit/coupon is non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the original purchaser.
- Products purchased on clearance or at a discount may not qualify for the warranty program.
- Store credit/coupon cannot be combined with other ongoing offers or discounts.
Once our team reviews your request and determines that the product qualifies under our warranty terms, you may be eligible for store credit/coupon equal to the value of your original purchase.
